At NerdyShop, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find all the information regarding our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Destinations

NerdyShop ships to multiple countries worldwide.

Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

At the moment we are not shipping to the USA because of policy that we can't do anything about it, we are so sorry.

Delivery Times

We ship from Portugal, so delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders within Portugal usually arrive quickly. Deliveries within Europe depend on each country’s postal system, while orders outside Europe may take longer due to customs and local carriers. You will always receive a tracking code so you can follow the entire journey of your package.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

NerdyShop is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied to international shipments. These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

NerdyShop is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and item. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
